At Aqualung®, we are committed to providing high-quality diving and snorkeling gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
