How do I know which size wetsuit or BCD to order?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. We recommend taking your measurements while wearing thin undergarments and comparing them to our specifications. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for maximum comfort and mobility.
What is the standard shipping time for diving equipment?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on Aqualung® regulators and computers?
Yes, all our high-performance gear comes with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Regulators and dive computers are typically covered for two years against defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are serviced by an authorized technician.
What is your return policy for used gear?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items in new, unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Equipment that has been submerged in water cannot be returned unless it is found to be defective.
How often should I have my dive gear professionally serviced?
To ensure safety and peak performance, we recommend having your regulators and BCDs serviced by an authorized Aqualung® dealer every 12 months or every 100 dives, whichever comes first.
